MU Extension Nutrition Class Begins
This 6 week course teaches mothers who are expectant or have young kids about meal ideas, shopping on a budget, & more.

Preparing for Breast Feeding
This class is for expectant mothers in their third trimester who want to prepare for breastfeeding.

Safe Sleep Class
Receive Safe Sleep education & a free pack n play. This class is for pregnant mothers in their 3rd trimester or parents with a child up to 6 months.

Bottle Feeding Class
Receive education & materials on bottle feeding your baby.

Baby Bathing Class
This class explores how to safely bathe a baby. Participants receive a baby bathtub along with their education.

First Wednesday at 10am
Meet with other moms monthly to make connections in a safe environment while the kids play. This groups meets at the First Church of God 1700 Wayhaven Ave West Plains.

Last Wednesday at 10am
Join other mothers once a month to enjoy coffee & scripture. This group meets here at the PRC.
